Joseph A. Ferrucci

Joseph A. Ferrucci is a trial lawyer that specializes in business and real estate-related matters. He graduated with Honors from California State University, Fullerton in 1993. There, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (accounting concentration) and was inducted into the National Honor Society of Business Schools, which is reserved for students who graduate in the top 2% of their class. He was an academic scholar at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996.

Mr. Ferrucci represents small to medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, developers and investors in business and real estate litigation matters. He has tried numerous bench and jury trials throughout Southern California.

Mr. Ferrucci is a member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, an instructor for the Orange County College of Trial Advocacy and a judge for the American Bar Association National Arbitration Competition. He served as a board member of the Cal State Fullerton Mihaylo College of Business and Economics Executive Council and also served as the President of the Italian American Lawyers of Orange County.

Mr. Ferrucci has earned an AV-Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and an Avvo rating of “Superb 10/10” as a litigator. He was also identified as one of the top attorneys in Southern California by the Los Angeles Times. He is also listed in America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals, a distinction reserved for professionals that have demonstrated superior competence, integrity and leadership in their respective professions.
